Hi Ted,

I'm not sure if people would pay for audio. Why not try and give it away to your list or use it to build your list. Hope that helps. I haven't looked at the link yet. Need to go out, but am sure you'll get a way to use. List I think would be your perfect choice. Good luck. I'll keep my eyes on the replies. Take care.

Regards

Donald

Howdy Ted

Excellent tutorial demonstration of the Audacity program.

With regards to whether it should be a paid product, I'm with Donald on this, great for getting subscribers.

Maybe an upsell for Resell Rights?? To your success.

Hello Donald and Jim... Thanks For The Feedback.. I'm Brand New To This So I Will Have To Consider Which Way To Go... I Don't Have Lists Or Anything Like That,, I Have A Few Ideas For Some Software Products... As I Have Spent A Lot Of Time Testing Software.... I Will Have To Wait And See How It Goes... Thanks Again... Ted.

Hi Ted,
You're link isn't working, did you pull it down?

I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out
why I can't hear the backing tracks and if your tutorial can help
me figure this puppy out then you've got a winner! :)

Ted,

Why don't you make this into a PLR or MasterResellRights product - in other words sell the product with rights in somewhere like Warrior Forum.

A lot of the membership sites like RRW may buy it to add to memberships. A lot of people may buy it to use as a bonus for other things.

You might have better luck making some income from it that way rather than trying to sell it directly.

Hey Ted, great tutorial. Sorry I missed this thread earlier.

I'm from the era where we had to record our radio commercials, promo's and voice-overs for TV on ten inch reel to reel, then splice by cutting the audio tape with a razor and joining it with an adhesive tape.  From that perspective this looks like dream software.

I do hope it's free because I'd like to play around with it myself on a pending project (audio book), but I have to say that if you chose your market carefully this could probably be sold.  It really is versatile and from the video appears really easy to use.  Maybe we could trade, I could do an authoritative review for it.

Anyway, the tutorial was very clear, straightforward and easy to understand.  Best wishes for your success.

Padre: Audacity is free and will record anything you want it to..

Henley: http://www.tedmckee.com/pic/  This is a screenshot to a demo I have up on the net which has 9 tutorials on it...I have created a one off demo for some friends who had a pile of cassette tapes and wanted to be able burn them to Cd... Audacity will allow you to do that and also create the Cd with another free program... Ted.

Hey Ted, that's great news.

I went to the site to download but it required a password.  Is there somewhere other than tedmckee.com to get the software?  I'm really looking forward to this.  It's like getting a recording studio for an xmas present.

Cheers

Padre: Audacity is freely available on the net... If you watch the demo it will show you how to download Audacity and also the Lame Mp3 Encoder which you also need if you want to save the files as Mp3... Ted

I'm not sure what's up but I can't get to a download page.  I googled audacity and went to the #1 serp and clicked the download link which took me to an ad page that said the download would start soon.

It never did . . . and all of the other link options did the same . . . took me to an ad and never initiated the download.

Any suggestions?

Cheers
