Excellent work! I've got to hand it to you, an organized mind is a beautiful thing.

I just don't happen to own one myself.  8)shh

Thanks for thinking for me. I need that. ;;:B

Total agreement about the organized mind.

I'll wager a bet that shadowdawn finds it easy to focus as well.

There's a great discussion in the off-topic forum (I think that's where it is) about focus. Wow, Dom really is the organized guy. Unlike someone who shall remain nameless, but who is at this moment typing these very words...

Shadow, you are my hero,

I've compiled a few spreadsheets myself over the years. The categories I've usually started out with are similar to this.

The column titles are these main ones.

Title, Author, Website, Focus, Rights, Hard Drive Location,

When I'm feeling REALLY ambitious I include addresses and phone numbers to build a joint venture list. It's amazing how accessible most marketers are.

This is sort of the master list. I've also done one just for Nice Websites. With that database, I list both websites and articles. MOST of the articles are grouped together already in various size groups such as 25 autoresponder articles.

I knew it!

Shadowdawn and John are in cahoots! Just to make the rest of us (well, me anyway) less than organized people look less organized.

A really huge thank you to both of you for helping to keep me on track.

Hi John and Karen, I am not hero lar, now very shy already ;D
The idea of grouping together 25 autoresponder article sounds interesting, I am still coming to grasp on list building and JV.

Anyway, I am coming up with the April and May list soon, give me a week, I am currently having whole body muscle ache after some rather drastic adventure out at sea... ;D

The "drastic" adventure was "drastic" for a city bimbo like me but would be an easy adventure for those of you who lived at sea, me and my friend are exploring a off-the-beaten-track seaside, which require me to climb down a steep slope, the sea that day was at a high tide, there is not much place to stand, as the beach was covered under sea water, what you will basically see is waves crashing against the rocks...

So after we place our things on a rock, and go swimming... Sea was a bit rough that day due to the tide and rain. And yes for a bimbo who is used to swimming with her goggles in a swimming pool, swimming in an open sea at high tide (sea bugs, fish and all), without her goggles and in a drizzle can be an interesting experience ;D

But nature and my friend gave the city bimbo a glimpse about survival in wild, how to stay afloat and not panic at sea, find food and shelter, and of course the chance of watching an eagle hunt for its meal at sea. No I don't think I could still survive in the wild alone, but this really open my eyes that nature has a lot to give, if man can learn how to preserve it and take only what u need 8)ss

I had started working on a spreadsheet myself but not only breaking down all the PLR/MLR I own, but all the sites I have joined with their login urls, referral urls, tracker urls, banner image urls, user id, password, etc.

These are the site categories so far:
Traffic Exchanges
Text Ad Sites
Affiliate Sites
Membership Sites
SafeLists
Advertising Sites
Blogs
Forums
Misc

I open 1 Excel file and everything I need is right there. I can click on the url for a site and I'm there... presto!

I have been only working on it for a few weeks and am still plugging away at it. I figure at this rate I'll be about 90 when I'm done... ;D

Tried to get my son to help, but he told me it interferes with his "social life."  ;;:B

Anyway, just thought I'd throw this out there for some idea generation??

Thank you for a different "perspective" for categorizing all the PLR/MLR products/things we own/have access to.

Oh, I organized that list in Word Format, essentially that list is like a toolbox to me, reminding me all the websites I manage, all the tools to find (like where to find free article spinner etc...), all the logins to my article site accounts, email accounts, membership accounts etc... Haven't tidy up the list for a while, so it is a bit messy... (Hey I can be disorganized at times too)

I organize all my non-RRW PLR/RR products in a different Excel spreadsheet (so I have 2 spreadsheet), so I would be able to upload the RRW list for sharing...

Btw, the April list is ready for downloading, the May list I am still waiting for Mark to finish adding his products (which would probably be until 31st of this month, hehe!)
