What License Type Am I Looking For?
« on: April 27, 2017, 01:17:13 AM »
Hello,

Would you please let me know what license type I'm looking for?

I have a digital marketing agency and would like to get content that I can brand (which I understand is PLR), I would like to make that branded content available to my clientele as a product that they can re-brand and use (not sell).

Does that make sense?

Warmest Care,
Charlinda

Hello Jerome,

Well, what I had in mind was making available blog posts that they can use, ebooks that they can use as a lead magnets and/or make available to their members. Use the content as inspiration for videos, webinars etc.

Hope that helps :)

Based on your first post and your second post you are looking at getting unrestricted plr content or having content created for you.  Unrestricted plr content allows you do do whatever you want with it along with setting your own rules in how you use it.  Having content created for you allows you to set whatever rules you want in how your customer can use it.

You'll need to look at the license of the particular product you're interested in and see if it has some/or at least the following guidelines within it:

[YES]Can modify/change the main product
[YES]Can be rebranded
[YES]Can put your name on it
[YES]Can be given away for free
[YES]Can convey and give away Private Label Rights

This is something on those lines. I hope this has helped.

Which is the reason why I said Charlinda needs unrestricted plr or have product creation outsourced.

Absolutely. I thought I'll give an eye view of some license rights. As sometimes unrestricted it not so unrestricted, and some licenses can be very bleak. And yes, outsourcing the work is the best thing to do, but also have to make sure the freelancer or whoever it is, allows one to have commercial use.

As sometimes unrestricted is not so unrestricted,

Unfortunately that happens far to often!
