PLR Resell Question

When a PLR product TOC stated one of the following;
- You cannot resell the product

So, is it 100% we cannot sell it?

If you asked me, why ask this?
This because I come across a site selling this product and others as well.

The difficulty is, the PLR product did not show the supplier/distributor contact, how to inform them?

I can see where your confusion is coming from.   What I believe they mean is you cant sell the source documents.

I believe you can only offer personal use rights only.  I get that from the first can do.

To my understanding, we can only add this product according to the terms listed in the license file.
BUT, this product should not be sold as a standalone itself.

The website is selling this product alone with a selling price.

If you are talking about the website that you posted the picture from, then yes - they should not be selling it.

That is what exactly displaying on a site and few sites also selling by displaying this product picture.
They do not care about the license terms.

There is an upsell to the product which allows someone to sell the product to their customers with personal use rights.
