Is there a QUALITY PLR product here about selling and rebranding PLR?

I've download a lot of PLR products about flipping PLR but most aren't quality, do you guys have any idea what is the best?

There is no such thing as the best.  What might be the best for you, may not be the best for someone else. 

Also what does quality mean to you?  For some people quality means they are spoon fed the information with step by step details.  For others quality means they are given some general ideas and a few ways to implement those ideas.
