Question On MRR Rights
« on: July 27, 2016, 02:46:23 PM »
Hello fellow members,

1. If we have MRR to a product (eBook or videos), can we display the contents on web pages (sequenced) as long as somebody paid for access.

2. If the MRR rights (allegedly) require that we sell the product/access for a specific price point, is that requirement enforceable?

It depends on the license for the product.

In the US, UK and several other places you CAN NOT price fix BUT there are certain things you can do..for example there have been numerous products that cant be added to RRW membership because the monthly membership fee is below the threshold required by the product creator.

I hope this helps.

You have to look at the MRR license for the specific product to see what you can and cant do.  Each product is its own entity with its own license specifications.  It's the nature of the IM Beast.  When I create my products I always post the exact license on the salespage so there is no illusions.
