I am really a complete newbie to this stuff so if I ask a question that may seem unintelligent bear with me I will catch on quick. Here is my question. When promoting RRW do you cloak your affiliate link and if so what is the best practice for doing so?

Welcome to the group.  I use a domain solely for redirecting links.  There is no best practice, it's whatever works for you.

When you say you use a domain just for redirecting to links. What do you mean by that? You only promote offers on different pages on one domain?

There is a feature in cpanel that allows you to redirect links.  So instead of using jvzoo's ugly link ie jv3.com/whatever I use my own domain www.jazz9.com/whatever It has nothing to do with any pages its solely about links.
