Wow Mark - talk about a difficult question to answer!
My idea would be for you to build a mailing list 1st - using Twitter and Facebook to generate the leads.
Give away a simple-ish but valued report and then use that list to sell your ultra-low product.
Be careful about offering extreme price cuts though - people may perceive that the product is only worth $1.33 rather than the $77 it might cost - best way around that is to tell your list why you're offering this product at such a low price - basically ASK them to help you out.
OK - so that's my plan - next question is getting hold of 30,000 subscribers/buyers!
Right - you've got to socialize like c-c-crazy! Twitter would lend itself to getting massive number of followers quickly; however, you're going to have to be more followable than Justin Bieber!
Now, as to product.... hmmmm

(I actually caught myself doing this! Talk about living life through a Smiley!)
$1.33 price point would lend itself to a Kindle publishment, a mobile app or perhaps a Wordpress template.
OK - so what sort of things are 30,000 people interested in???
Well, I've just used the following search string in Google:
site:ezinearticles.com "Submitted On * *, 2012" "viewed 10000..100000 times" and it returned 6 results:
- Will Facebook Really Generate Leads? - published on 01/17 viewed 12713 times
- How to Quickly and Easily Deal With Rude People - published on 03/05 viewed 29080 times
- Dealing With Negative People Made Easy - published on 03/05 viewed 12582 times
- Structured Settlements - Questioning Your Cash Options - published 01/30 viewed 94710 times (??)
- Panasonic 2012 Plasma TV Series - published 01/30 viewed 18829 times
- How to Kill Fear When Dealing With Aggressive People - published 03/05 viewed 10218 times
It would appear that 'dealing with people' is a 'hot' topic - but all of those articles were written by the same person so it would be a good idea to have a look at his resource box to find out what he's pushing.
'Dealing with people' is something that you, in your role in your church, might undertake almost daily - so do you have steps you take in sorting out conflict?
Hope that helps
