valpubs,

yes, you can use these keywords in the tags section of a blog post, PPC ads and article titles. I suggest that you also include them in the meta description tag of your website. Here's an example:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
<meta name="keywords" content="hair dryer, hair dryers, buy hair dryer, etc...">
<meta name="description" content="buy hair dryer at the best prices, wide selection of hair dryers available, etc... ">

Insert a catching description limited to around 225 characters. Some SEO experts recommend to use all capital letters in the description as it will stand out on the search engines pages.

It is also recommended to put your main keyword into the header tag on your webpage as close to the top as possible and then create a sub-heading that contains a second and third keyword.

All this helps but keep in mind that Google is like the woman in Bizet's opera Rigoletto: "La donna e mobile..." ( Woman is flighty like a feather in the wind, she changes her voice - and her mind...)
