You probably can't get 10,000 genuine likes very quickly.  And do NOT buy likes on Fiverr or another platform.  2 reasons: Facebook knows they are fake likes & Your likes will come from countries you probably don't want to do business with.

A great way to grow your likes would be to giveaway something.  It doesn't need to cost a lot, but it should appeal to your target audience.  Run a Facebook 'likes' campaign to your page, and encourage people to share your contest to get more viral traffic.
