I hear that after the 21st of October 2015 Google will not rank sites that don't have Mobile Themes and or not catering to the Mobile users. Is this true? Or is this some advertising ploy scare tactics to get you to buy their product. I don't have any web sites up at present and want to make sure I have everything before I start.

Any suggestions? $:-\$

Ranking is really only way a search engine can work or a lot of the stuff you would get is junk.
