You can sell them on your site or blog, and yes, people actually buy them.

Yes if the license say you can sell them and yes people sure do buy them

Yes you can really sell plr ebooks.  Depending on the license, you can bundle them with other plr ebooks and sell them without having to do anything to them!   Do they buy them?  Look at sites like tradebit, Ebay, fiverr and this site called...resell-right-weekly.com ;). You will see people selling plr.  They wouldnt be selling them if people wasnt going to buy them!
