I'm a mother who will be getting a huge family brunch in her honour today, and will NOT have to do all the dishes. (Yeah, we have a dishwasher -  her name is Mary lol)
For me has been an up and down year financially, but my kids are both employed at great wages (so they have stopped bumming off of me) and have lovely partners (who keep them on the straight and narrow) so really, what else can a Mum ask for?
