Hunting for a site

I'm hunting for a site that ties in your social media sites such as FaceBook, Twitter, your blog etc. so if you write something on one of them it automatically updates the sites that are tied into it.

I believe it is a RSS feed - based site but for the life of me I cannot remember which it is.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I've had good success using the Twitter Tools plugin with Wordpress. I love it because you can use #hashtags which is very important if you want to target keywords when you Twitter. 

I was using Network Publisher with Wordpress which would allow updates to lots of social sites, but the author of it started charging.  And then it would work sporadically.  So I now use RSS Graffiti on Facebook to post to my Facebook profile AND pages.  It run from my blog's RSS feed, so it should work with any kind of site that uses RSS.

Hope that helps someone a little.
