My First E Book.
« on: November 16, 2010, 07:12:03 AM »
Hi,

I have started on my first e book. I started the draft today. If I'm not here as often you'll know why. Knowing me I'll slow down and digress elsewhere. I know if I need advice, I'll know where to come. Will keep you posted. I did re create one a few months ago but I think this will be a lot better.

I won't mention the subject just yet. I'll see how I get on.

Regards

Donald

Donald it's good to hear that someone is taking action! I too am writing an eBook that I have decided to have finished and ready to go in early January. I have some self doubts about it but I'm going to go ahead and do the best I can and see what happens!

So do you have a date set as to when it will be finished? I hope all goes well and if you need someone that is going through the same process to shoot some ideas off of just let me know!

I'm excited and can't wait to see what its about!

Paul,

Thanks for that and good luck with yours as well. I'm taking my time, not going to give a date in case I don't make it. I have had different responses to my subject. Some saying yes and some saying no. I am going ahead as I decided that what I was going to do. If it doesn't work, well, start again. If nothing else it will be an experience.

Jim,

Regarding my job, there has been a problem, still not solved. I only go out when I get a phone call. Yesterday was the first call since the 10th. I'm going to contact the guy on Monday and see what the script is. I can't live on phone calls.

PaulG2,

Good for you for starting an ebook, too.

And brave one you are for stating a finish date.  Sometimes, though, that's the way to go because it can keep you moving forward.
