Self-Confidence

I'm sure we've all suffered a lack of self-confidence in the past.  Days where that 'mojo' just isn't kicking in.

How do you go about restarting the fires?

well there are the hypnosis files in the membership area.  I also have empowering things to read/watch/listen. I also talk with my business partner and my mentor.  Sometimes I just watch something that puts a smile on my face.   Sometimes I just have to leave things alone for a while and focus on something else.

I take a day (or few) off - in a quiet and peaceful place, alone, doing things that make me relax. As a prevention I try to avoid getting into routines, that works quite good for me.

Dom,

I go with the time-out option, which could include watching or listening to something that makes me laugh!

Read motivating stories and listen to motivating speeches or podcasts. I always do this to boost my confidence whenever it slackens.  :wav:
Best wishes yo you.

Walk away for a while, few hours ...

I second that. Sometimes it's good to get away from our work. Even if it just an hour or so.
