After an extended hiatus due to our family home being destroyed by unknown arsonist(s) on Halloween night (we were away at the time), despite an apparent lack of insurance coverage  on any residential properties that are not at least visited during any 30 day period. I am pleased to report that I am now back online (where I belong)

Whether I have been missed or not, today, at least, is a moot point...  I admit that I do feel a bit like like a kid in a candy store...

I am pleased to finally report that my wife and I will be finalizing a deal on a new property as of Dec 29th, 2015 and while it will certainly take us a bit to get back on solid footing (and me up to speed) I have to be a strong believer that when one door closes, another one opens... 

Here's hoping that you all have a GREAT rest of your day, and even better tomorrows... just because YOU CAN!
