How about something on GIMP, the open source alternative to Photoshop?

I do not think there is much chance of getting any rights for the first product you mentioned.

$47 recurring monthly fee!!

Mark may have better luck with your second option.

I just added "How To Create Web 2.0 Graphics With GIMP" to the Gold members area.
