Oops, I spoke too soon. Just went through his sales funnel and he is not offering any rights with this.  He has an OTO for additional ecover templates, an oto for 6 graphic products (which are already in RRW), and finally an oto for plr to Graphics Mystic 1 & 2 (which are already in RRW) ... but no rights are being offered for Ecover Magician. Sorry bro, I won't be allowed to add this.
