There appears to be several upsells:

Yes. If you need so, you'll have this option as an upsell. This will allow you to sell the software (including resale rights) like we do.

Can I Order a White Label Version of The App?
If you buy Master Resale Rights, then you'll get the option to order a "Private Label" copy of the app, rebranded with your name.

Nothing on the upsells says whether or not they can be added to a membership site.

I am very confused by the right has as it says private use rights first line and then later  on it says can be added to a paid membership. Can anybody explain this to me as it sounds like the two are conflict with each other

I just means it can be added to a paid membership with only personal use rights being offered to the members.

Well, in addition to the RR, I purchased MRR as well as a White-label...

so for the product that I "own" (CrtlC Sentry) I should have a fairly broad latitude, don't you think?
