There's a difference between a product request and a wishlist item.  Product requests are for specific products (hence the reason for putting the name and link to the product).  A Wishlist item is when you know the function of a product but you dont have a specific product in mind ie

I need a marketplace like clickbank

If you are looking for a marketplace I have several business partners that love using Rapid Residual Pro which includes a built in marketplace.   I know you can create membership sites and sell your own products (and have affiliates promote your products as well) using Insta Member.   Neither of these can be added to the membership site due to the licenses.

The product request section is where forum members request products (such as wsos that come with some kind of right) for Mark to buy that can be added to the membership area.  IT is NOT a place to promote your own offers.

I hope this answers your question Ravi

Alphabetically is one alternative.  Date is another category.  The title product name is another.  Products according to who inspired them to be put here is another alternative.  The author of the product is another.  The subject and genre of the product is another category for finding the item.  Given that there are many ways, which way is being most used now?  Is there a method of using all of these ways.... (then a product search would be much easier)!  Hope this helps and that this method or idea can also be impemented!

The intent of those thread was about formats for product requests.  Your answer appears to be about how to search for products in the membership area.

Just to answer some of your questions.

Products are listed by date.  Each previous month's content has its on page in the PLR/RR Vault.

Alphabetically and title product name are pretty much the same thing.  Products arent listed that way, someone use to do a catalog of all the product in the membership are.  I cant remember who was doing it nor if the products were listed by date or name.

If you are searching to see if a product is in the membership already, you need to use 1 word because that is a limitation of the membership framework.

I have noticed that people try more than one word and it does not find any thing so you need to you one word and you may get more than you want but you have a better chance of finding what you want.
