Looks like I will not be able to add this. I made the purchase with the intention of adding it to the membership. However, the license was not included in the file so I contacted the product creator. He added license terms and this is one of them:

[NO] Add to paid membership sites

So I will not be able to add this. Sorry guys!

That's a shame you bought it, and then the terms were added later.  Maybe you can get a refund?  If not, maybe it could be added to the $1 menu?  It does look like a decent package.
