Their tech support was ridiculously awful. They don't even know their own product.
Finally, proof I am not the only one that found their support to be severely lacking. I couldn't get answers for simple questions. I won't say they blew me off, but it was like it wasn't too important to help me. Sure did not want to go out of their way. And like you said, these are questions about their product that they should have been able to rattle off easily.
Oddly too, at the time I used them, there was little to no support documents, no knowledge base, ect. There was a forum but you had to be a member and there was NO way to sign up. It was quite strange.
While Aweber is not perfect, their support has always been fantastic for me. Not only very helpful, but checking in after support. Not to mention their huge knowledge base. Wish they had the couple things I liked about GT.
