Asking since you stated "CoinBase Crypto Wallet and Exchange", little confused.

My grandson is really into the crypto. Was telling him about your tip and he said not sure how to use the wallet app to earn.

Using PLR to create a cash flow is not hard but, you should rework any PLR to make it yours and unique. Even add some extra content of your own to truly create a unique product.

I did not buy this but rebranded for another marketer and it is pretty good.

If you are wanting to resell, looks like you better buy it. Terms do not allow anyone to pass on rights off any type but personal use.

That is very interesting information. I honestly had never heard of a land patent.

May try this out on a piece of property bordering a lake. We already own (100% paid for) but can see other benefits by filing a land patent on the property.

Now for some constructive criticism:

- Your font is very hard to read. I have poor eyesight and really struggled to read. Use one of the standard fonts would be my recommendation.

- Your links are not clickable.

You could a make a niche blog around this information and monetize it fairly easy with related affiliate products. Most of the sites I see when searching are out of date and look like built in 90's.

Yes indeed, they do not work. Seems like the software is setup for "article sites" and not video sites.

Hopefully will be releasing some more software soon. Working with some teens and the last year & 1/2 we have been focusing on Node.js a lot, taking much more time than I ever anticipated:)

Not sure about app here, but every year I create calendar's for wife to use on her school bulletin board.

I use the free level @ https://www.canva.com/create/calendars/

Does not look like much as spent whole 2 minutes creating, but maybe give you idea of what free level will get you. You can really create some nice designs! PDF is attached.
