Mastering PLR & MRR Products / Re: What do I do with products without Authors Name?
« on: June 08, 2017, 09:32:57 AM »
Sorry, I am at it again.... trying to avoid litigation's arising from not fully understanding licenses and the terminology used in drafting them.
In book folder, I saw the following in the licence file:
Yes can be sold
Yes can sell resale rights or master resell rights
You can add the product into your product bundle or package
Yes can be added to a paid membership site
You CAN give the product away for FREE
You CANNOT offer the product as a bonus to another product you are selling. However, you can offer other bonuses to this product when selling
You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com
You CANNOT use nor sell this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all. An event that constitutes a dime sale is one whereby the product starts selling at a very low price and increases every dime after a certain time frame or with every purchase using the dime sale script
QUESTION 1:
Is this a PLR license?
Does it give me the right to edit the cover and contents?
In other folders, I saw some license files labelled as
License.txt
MRR.txt
RellRights.txt
I understand the last two. They are very direct, but the first one "License.txt" is the one that houses the above licence content I highlighted above.
QUESTION:
Is that how PLR licence files are labelled?
I have read some of your documentations on this issue and all still point to source files being present. I still feel this is not enough to point people to what is PLR, MRR and RR licences. There should be a definitive and professional way (something programmers call "fool proof" system) of describing and naming licenses so that from a direct view of the file name, one would know first hand what license it contains.
Thanks once again for your patience and time to read this voluminous words
Awaiting speedy response
