Odd he did not respond to my earlier support tickets when he posted then.

I am done posting here I believe I have explained my concerns and they are VALID concerns for ANYONE considering a Gold Membership.

Also, I remember that back in June a reply to my original post, there was someone that said they sent Mark a Message about my concerns (may have been you) and so far still nothing.

When my money is returned I will look at RRW again.

See that is NOT what I was promised I don't know how to build a site or a list I CAN drive traffic but I need a site to send people to, which was part of this membership!

About the hosting when you are a Gold Member you get FREE hosting I should not have to pay for hosting somewhere else when it is advertised and supposed to be a benefit of Gold membership!

One of the reasons I decide to join here in the first place is I would get a website set up and that is something I do not know how to do. This was a deciding factor for me joining here!

And while you know this site and believe it to be a good investment (I did too) I can only base my opinion on what I experience, TRYING to get PROMISED BENEFITS of a Gold Membership, that as far as I know does not exist, and then trying to get a refund and immediately getting booted from the site and because I did not get my money back I continue to pay for!

Again what would you think if you paid money for something, never received that something, and now you can't get in contact with the seller? He needs to hire someone to run this site until he can get back to it.

Bottom line you can make excuses (and remember I acknowledged things happen) but right now I see a site that the owner has not posted to since February. And consider this... are they still selling Gold Memberships even though the can't deliver what they ARE advertising?

I HAVE BEEN PATIENT. I'm nearly out of it!

I understand what you mean but the newest post to this forum I can find by the owner is FEBRUARY!

What would you do if someone that promised a money back guarantee, basically took your money and disappeared? Because that is what HAS HAPPENED here!

And remember someone is VERY consistently sending out tweets! I wonder how many others have paid for Gold, had a problem and contacted support and are still waiting for a response?

THANKS, But you assume there is a process. I have seen zero indication of ANYTHING being responded to on here BY THE OWNER! If they're gonna take money for memberships AND kick people off IMMEDIATELY when a refund is requested, they should be prepared to refund it, right?

Not yelling at you! I have just heard NOTHING from RRW in over 2 months. I should have waited until support was responsive again. I also registered a domain based on the gold membership benefits that are PROMISED here and now I sit waiting!

And note that Tweets are going out regularly from Mark. If he can tweet he can provide support,wouldn't you agree?

What would you have me do? If I could really contact Mark I would but I have no way to do that, other than SUPPORT and I am getting no response to support requests. Bottom Line, RRW STILL has my money a month after I requested a refund! And I realize that things can happen that is out of our control, but when you make promises and never respond to support tickets but are still tweet...?

My feeling is that if you are able to Tweet you should be able to respond to support tickets and process refunds!

Because of no response to 3 support tickets during my free membership and the Gold Trial, on June 30th I cancelled my GOLD account, it was the day I was charged and I requested a refund, I was IMMEDIATELY kicked out of the Gold Membership (though I had paid for a month of Gold RRW) and my payment was NOT RETURNED!

To date I HAVE HEARD NOTHING! NO REFUND and no response saying things might be going on that will take a little more time to process my refund.

I DO UNDERSTAND things and circumstances sometimes prevent things from happening when they should. However if you are able to accept payments then you should ALSO find a way and  be ready to processing refund requests!

Basically, I believe that if you are able to take money from people for memberships, you SHOULD ALSO be able to do the SAME with refund requests!

I believe I have been more than patient so PLEASE REFUND MY PAYMENT! TODAY!

Gratitude! for the response!  I know all about health issues. Being permanently disabled you REALLY DO learn all about them! If I can be of ANY HELP just let me know, I am under what you might call medical house arrest so I have an annoying amount of free time to help!
Seriously, THANKS FOR THE FAST RESPONSE! If you hear something let me know and Mark's health as far as I am concerned should ALWAYS come first!

Figured I should & would say hi. So HI!!

This is all new to me and I plan to be sponge like in this forum and learn all I can from all I can read!

Any suggestions are welcome AND APPRECIATED, if I seem not to notice a swift kick in the shins normally remedies that, so you have my permission, go ahead and kick!

I do have one question I have just signed up for the Gold Membership 7 Day Trial and was looking forward to see how that was set up with my new domain. I have sent a message to support with hosting info and have yet to hear back. I'm thinking there are other concerns for RRW owner AT THE MOMENT preventing timely responses, and I get that! My question is should I cancel the trial and wait until there is a better time? That hosting set up was a big deal for me because when it comes "behind the screen" stuff... I'm a DUMMY!

2 days ago I signed up for the 7 day trial of RRW Gold Membership (after years of just looking) and anticipate moving to a Lifetime Membership soon.

My concern is that after registering for the 7 Day Gold trial I am unable to get a response to ANY support request! I'm guessing that when those 7 days are up there won't be a problem taking the first monthly charge for a service I have not been able to truly evaluate.

I have got a domain name, sent in the hosting request and not a peep now for 2 days now. And in all honesty I have sent in support tickets that are nearly a month old now that are still waiting on a response...

I'm REALLY NOT trying to be a snit, and I realize things happen that are out of control of people, but can anyone tell me what's going on, is this kind of service normal and should I cancel my 7 day trial until things are straightened out?
