Thanks MM. Can you tell me how and where to put the image link in place of the ugly submit button?

2
Hi Guys,

How do you change the html of the submit button which reads as plain 'submit' to an
image that we have built in photoshop?

My a/r gives me the following code and this gives a plain jane submit button. I used to able to
change that to read a 'download now' image but now I have totally forgotten how to do it.

Thanks for your help.

Technical Assistance / Getting Recurring Fatal Error messages in WP
« on: October 08, 2013, 12:00:09 AM »
Hi Tech Honchos,

What do you guys suggest I do to overcome these errors:

" Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/captsekh/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-comments-list-table.php on line 330"  and
" Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/captsekh/public_html/connect/wp-includes/SimplePie/Item.php on line 2736"

I get these errors when I try to upload a plugin from desktop or by using the search field from the add new place.

I don't remember how many times I've deleted these sites and re-installed but the darn errors still crop up. :''(

Hey Guys,

I have on my hard drive from a PLR that I had bought, source files to the videos of the course. The source files are camrec files
and couple of files are camproz files.

I know they are the files produced by camtasia and its in camtasia that I can edit/modify them however, I do not have camtasia
and neither am I planing to spend that money on buying it.

Is there any way that I can edit those camrec and camproz files ?

Thanks for your help.

Technical Assistance / How to mask an affiliate link?
« on: April 25, 2011, 09:32:44 PM »
Hi Guys,

I need to know how to mask an affiliate link in an autoresponder message where if a user clicks on eg. http://yoursite.com/xxxx where xxxx is the code of the affiliate site and the user gets re-directed to the affiliate site?

I have read it some where but can't seem to remember the step.

I also need to put in an aweber sign up form on my blog, I tried the aweber wp plugin, activated it and dragged the widget in the primary widget area but it is not showing when I view the posts. What have I done wrong? Any suggestions to rectify will be helpful to me.

Last question, How do I lock down some meaty part of a post from view unless the viewer optsin to my list to view the full post? I know this is being done but wonder how?

Thanks for your helping hand for these 3 sticky questions.

Special Offers Forum / Re: Spin Articles without any Spinner device.
« on: February 14, 2011, 05:34:27 PM »
Hello Gary,

Have you followed the exact steps while putting in the macros for the first time (also look into the info I had written above for Rose) and then opened a new word doc, pasting in a new article, pressing alt+F8 and selecting spin?

I have'nt faced any problem that you are experiencing.

Again follow exactly the steps which I have written in the first post of this thread and have a go at the spin. When you paste the above macros again, it will over write the earlier memorized macros (perhaps when you pasted the code earlier, some code may have slipped the coping phase ;-

Let me know if any further problem arises.

Regards,
Capt. Sekhon

Hi John,

I studied the macros in MS word and so designed this programme in this format.

Since you are using open office I'll try to go into the macros of that and if I am able to understand its framework, I'll be able to build the code for that as well. Will inform you if and when I can make it.

Donald and Mike, if you have been able to use it, any comments or any improvements you want me to try?

Hello Rose,

Sorry for the late reply to your question. My offline job kept me busy more than usual and so I couldn't login to our forum.

Have you been able to use the macro based spinware? If not, follow the steps based upon your question :
- open a new word doc.
- alt + F8
- create new
- in the pop up box that appears asking you to enter in the project name, enter anything (eg. Test) and press enter.
- after that pop up closes, paste the macro based code and press enter/save.
- Now on any word page just write or paste any article
- Alt + F8
- select spin
and voila, your article gets spun.
- Select the choosen synonyms and delete the unwanted ones.
- select the verified article and paste it into your forwarding software.

If you still face any problem, just shout.

And, guys those of you who have used it, any comments or any problems? Any further improvement required? I'll then have to shake my grey matter into action.

Cheers
Sekhon

Special Offers Forum / Spin Articles without any Spinner device.

Hello gang of RRW,

We all know we need to write quality content filled articles eventhough its a painful chore. We then try to outsource the writing or use a spinning software but always with a lurking fear about waisting money on a crap article and a wariness of the hash mashed output of a spinner.

Almost all of us have MS words installed on our desktops and laptops and from today you can use your MS office to clear out all your plr articles and e-books gathering dust on your hard drives and earn some moolah.  You may consider this as a small gift from my side for a brighter 2011.

My request is only that we use this here amongst ourselves and not give it to people who are not a member of this forum,

Just follow all the 5 steps given below step by step :
** Follow ALL FIVE of the following steps very carefully: **

1. Download and Open the Automatic Article Spinning Word Document from my website. Sorry I cant give my site link here as rules of the forum prevent it. However you can send me PM and I'll send you the direct download link.

OR

Simply Hit "Alt + F8", then Click on "Create", then in the Window that appears, Delete everything you see and paste the following code:

2. Save the file, and then start writing your article.

3. Once you're done, Hit "Alt + F8" and Double Click "SpinArticle". Your content will get spun right before your very eyes.

4. Once the article has been spun, read through it and modify the content to remove any synonyms you don't want to include in the text.

5. Copy and paste your spun article into your favourite Article Submission Software to post Unique Versions of your article to thousands of Article Directories and Blogs on the internet to get loads of traffic back to your website(s)!

That's it!

Enjoy!
