Ok, here is my website.  I actually just purchased www.virtualassistantsvc.com and will be building a whole new website in the next few days once my domain transfer is complete. This is the first site I have ever built.  I cheated and purchased my theme from Elegant themes.  I am actually very happy with them. They have a support forum and for $40.00, I received access to over 80 themes.  It seemed smarter to me than buying one theme.  I know someday I may have to buy some themes to get a developers license if I want to build sites for others but that is down the road. 

When I bought my site, I did not take keywords into consideration. I just liked the sound of the name of the business.  Now that I have learned a little bit, I want to use keywords in the title.  I think the .com is just better, too.

I think my site doesn't look "grown up" enough or "professional" enough but I plan to fix that on my next build.  I think all in all, for a first site build, I didn't do half bad.   

All feedback is greatly appreciated! :)

P.S. Is anyone else addicted to WP plugins? I can't stop going through all of them. Its way to much fun!

New Member Intros / Hello from PA

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to stop in and say hello and introduce myself.  I was very impressed by what I have read in the forums so far.  Everyone seems very friendly and knowledgeable.  I found this site by accident.  I saw a tweet on twitter about PLR.  I stumbled upon this website after googling the term.  So far, I have been really excited about all the articles I found (thats not all - there are TONS of content) because I am not a great writer.  I plan to use the PLR articles as a jumping off point for my blog.. just to get ideas and such.  I don't want to copy them word for word but they are great for topic ideas. They have also helped show me how a solid article should look.

I work from home (I have since 2007) but recently started my own Virtual Assistant business.  I used no keywords in the title of my site.  I am finding that its hard to generate traffic.  I bought a new domain with virtual assistant in the title.  I'm going to rebuild my site (UGH) here in the next couple of days.

Imagine my surprise at the large amount of material in the online university.  Its great! I was going to pay $500 to take an online "tech" course.  I learned more about wordpress in the last few days than you can imagine.

I built my own site (I'm stubborn and have to do it all myself LoL) and hope to eventually build a site to sell products from but that is not going to happen overnight. I'm ok with that.

Anyway, enough rambling.  Its nice to meet you all. :)  I plan to put my website in the review area but I have to get up the nerve.  Since I built it myself, I'm nervous to hear feedback.
