Your RRW Membership / Profit Maker Sites - config ???

hello there RRW team
I have notuced in teh rrw Gold there is the profit maker sites section
In this section it states that we should d/l all files and enter details into config.php file??
My knowledge is a little limited as i am learning but from the looks of things the PM Sites look
like they are immediate turnkey, in that you d/l to pc then u/l to the web
Is there a video anywhere showing what we need to put in the config.php file before u/l
i have d/l all files from 1 of the PM Sites and opened the config.php plus the index.htm in my
html editor but when i look into the code of each file in my html editor everything is blank is this normal also
