Mastering PLR & MRR Products / What do I do with products without Authors Name?

Hi, I am new here and love everything.
I am looking to launch an eBook sale site. I was hoping to get products here. I have seen a lot, but I have a small problem:
Most of the products - ebooks don't have authors name on the book cover or about the author page. The standard is that books being sold should have the authors name boldly written on the cover.
Now how do I go about reselling those books without the authors name written on the cover. Am I permitted to redesign the cover by adding a pen name to it?
This is what has being keeping me from deciding on using the products. Is there a work around this?
