« on: March 19, 2015, 04:50:57 PM »
Ok, Folks!

I jsut posted a great review of Resell Rights Weekly on my blog! I also kinda ripped Wealthy Affiliate as well! If y'all would like to check it out, my website link is in my signature. This was fun! All the dang reviews I read about Wealthy Affiliate is usually someone who is an affiliate of Wealthy Affiliate. It makes me wanna puke. So, I took the liberty of promoting this awesome membership and it's awesome members, using the exact same format as WA affiliates usually do, and gave Wealthy Affiliate a little rip.. hope y'all enjoy! It's titled, "Wealthy Affiliate, Is It A Scam?"

Product/Service Reviews / Re: MailChimp vs GetResponse vs WP Newletter
« on: March 19, 2015, 03:08:22 PM »
I used Getresponse briefly and it is easy to use and has alot of functions. However I didnt have a list at the time, so I felt like I was paying for something I didn't need. I had an issue with Getresponse however. When I decided to cancel, they gave me the option to "freeze" my account so that my info wouldn't be lost and drop my fee to $5/month. However, after about a month when I decided to fully cancel, the ONLY way I could cancel is by re-instating my account, in which they charged me the monthly $15! I have a problem with that because I wasn't able to use the account while it was "frozen". Needless to say, Im NOT paying for service I couldn't use.

About a week ago, I installed the "Woodworking" niche site on a sub-domain, just as a test. It installed fine for me, I just downloaded the zip from the downloads area to my flash drive, then opened it and removed the IB php file and the wp zipped file, then created a database in my sql on my cpanel, uploaded the two files to my server. Went thru the IB process and at the end, it did give a couple warning messages but it installed fine on the sub-domain. My issue is with the actual website design. It just looks a little dated to me. I can customize it but if I have to go thru all that, in my opinion, I think I would rather build it myself, or just outsource it.

Let me follow up on the previous post.. So, I did get the Import Buddy to work, it was an operator's error -(me) before. My opinion of the website which was the Woodworking niche site, is that it has an out dated look to it, like it was built in 2012 or earlier. Also, in my opinion, it is over- crowded with vids, pics, and ads. I do realize that I can customize it, but if I am going to go through that much trouble, I may as well build it myself which I would like to avoid. Just seems to me like it would be worth it (in my opionion) to outsource it.

I do appreciate your opinion, however. Thank you.
