Off Topic Forum / Re: Information, moral, ethics, responsibility etc..

Hi Korry,

Fear really is born out of ignorance or misinformation. Rather than prey on people's fears, an ethical marketer could address their fears and offer sound, factual information to help allay those fears.

Off Topic Forum / Anybody in or near Nashville?

 ::* ::* ::* PLEASE share this on your Facebook!  ::* ::* ::*

I have 17, count 'em 17 baby kitties.

5 are ready to go & need homes. The rest have a few weeks to go yet.

If I could, I'd keep every cotton pickin' one of 'em 'cause they're just the most adorable & well-behaved babies that love to cuddle and have the "Mew Mew Lullaby" sung to them.

They're happy, healthy, well-adjusted, people friendly, fuzzy butterballs and get along well with the dogs & other cats. Oh, and they're litter box trained too .

Really hard to get a good pic, but as you can see there are 4 all black and 1 all grey.

Two of the black ones have medium length tails, the rest are typical tails. These kitties have American Bobtail lineage on the mother's side, but the father is a stray who's apparently decided to make his home in our yard (wonder why? LOL)

If you're in the Nashville, TN area (or know someone who is) and want one or two or all of these precious snugglies, just send me a message ( with your contact info.

Stay well and prosperous!  8)9

Whatever you've found that "fits" you, keep at it!
It takes time to build a business so don't get discouraged.  :::tu

You've got to find that one thing though that's right for you and focus all of your working energy toward it.

I started my indoor flea market booth with just my Mom's clothing & possessions (few they were too) and some used items. Invested all profit into buying some closeout merchandise. Now, buying regularly from several suppliers and sales are great! A 10' x 10' booth doesn't hold a whole lot so I'll probably have to rent a second one in a few months. Down the road I plan to have a regular gift shop/boutique.

I write my 6's starting at the top. Had no problem doing this at all.

Turns out my thought was correct. After checking with some other drummers, they didn't have a problem either.

Dom's right, and I was able to do it after a few practice lol

That's all it is, just limb-independence training. :-)

But, it didn't change direction for me???

I must either be strange or it's because I play drums &
accustomed to making each hand and foot do its own thing.

I'll check with other drummers and see if they get the same results. :-)

There's an ebook in your Gold Membership titled: Winning the Wholesale & Dropshipping Game.

It's a fairly quick read so if you have time, please look it over, put the techniques through the fire, and PM some suggestions for an expanded edition.

This wind chill map looks like something from the movie Day After Tomorrow.

Hey Mark, thanks for bringing it up!

I forgot it was on TV tonight but it's free with Amazon Prime so I'm heading over there to watch it.

Flash freeze here. Temp dropped whammo blammo.

I'm not going to test it but the roads look slicker than the green slime from a kids' game show. (sounds better than well, you know. :-)

We have a large homeless population near my home and I was hoping the 24 hour restaurants would belay throwing them out under the circumstances. News said that volunteer crews were gearing up & would make rounds to find some shelter for anyone they found, including stranded motorists.  :::tu

Off Topic Forum / Re: Do you ever wonder if ...
« on: January 05, 2014, 12:13:28 PM »
As for me, no I don't wonder about it.

You know I tend to look to the Bible for answers and it assures us that the dead aren't conscious. They don't speak, hear, see, dream... In essence, they cease to exist until resurrected. If God could create trillions upon trillions of stars & galaxies, calling each one by name, then it's no feat at all for Him to remember the unique & exact DNA sequence for billions of humans.

“Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life. -- Isaiah 26:19

28  Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29  and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. -- John 5:28,29

For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all... -- Ecclesiastes 9:5

I'm also aware that attempting to contact the dead is dangerous and God warns against it and condemns it  because fallen angels (demons) can and do mimic the dead.

10  There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, anyone practicing magic, anyone who looks for omens, a sorcerer, 11  anyone binding others with a spell, anyone who consults a spirit medium or a fortune-teller, or anyone who inquires of the dead. -- Deuteronomy 18:10, 11

Be at peace knowing that if you have friends or loved ones who have died, they aren't suffering in any way and that they might be among those who will have the opportunity to live forever; an opportunity that Adam and Eve threw away.
