Marketing Talk / Re: Video Aspect Ratio Calculator
« on: July 13, 2013, 10:30:00 PM »
I'm not really a fan or good at video marketing although I know that this is one potent method to generate traffic and sales to your site or product. Thank you for this anyway. This could prove useful for those who are just starting to learn video marketing. I might use this in the future as well when the time comes that I'm determined enough to learn video marketing deeply.

Marketing Talk / Re: How to Grow Your Email Subscriber List !
« on: July 13, 2013, 10:24:30 PM »
The method I used to get a considerable number f email list for email marketing is that I created a forum that is within the niche of my product and then hired some persons to promote the forum for me to be able to get members. I currently have 3,500+ members after a year. Another method I used is through facebook group pages and fan pages.

I agree with most of us here. It;s better if we try to mix up things. Frankly creating a NEW content is something that is hard to do because there's millions of us here in the world who also writes articles and all would also want to be the first to write an article that is NEW and has never been written. That's just make it hard. However if you use PLR and put some twists and turns to it you make it unique and in some sense, you make it your own. :) You have better chances now.

I just asked someone from another thread to post something about longtail key phrases without knowing that someone else have already posted it. Thanks for this but I think it is a little bit too summarized. Nevertheless you still hit the target about this method. Thanks. This helps a lot for newbies although it could be a little more complicated than just using the plain keywords.

It is true that we should give emphasis to keywords and the proper way to use them because it will really have a high effect on out strategy. Great post! I would also love to read articles or tips about long tail keywords. I think they are also critical in the sense that it has low keyword competition. So could we maximize it and how to find or make a long tail keyword with low competition?

Mastering PLR & MRR Products / Re: How fast can you create a product?

It's roughly an hour for me too to write a well-researched 500 word article that,s not within my niche. If it's within my niche, I could finish an article in less than 30 minutes. Experience and background knowledge will hasten everything if I'm writing about Health and Fitness and Sports. :)

Nice and useful post krafa and Jerome, it seems like you are really have a good thing going there. Good luck!

Well working on an affiliate program will give you lots of potential to earn big time if you master all the basics in affilliate marketing and you do the work. It might be hard at first but things will be smooth after you familiarize yourself on how this thing work. I've had my stint as an affiliate but unfortunately I never made it big time like I guess more than 60% of us. However I think that if you really want to be good at this, you have to work really hard and spend time with it.

Article Marketing / Re: Share your Article Marketing Tips & Tricks !
« on: July 11, 2013, 05:46:59 PM »
My idea of a good marketing article is for your article to be reader-friendly and you should right it as if you are just talking to someone casually. For me, the key for an article to be on the 1st page of the search engine is the right way of using keyword and keyword density. This I think is very important for a marketing article.

Search Engine Optimization / Re: Backlink Basics

Backlinks served me well back when I was just starting out. Fortunately it still works for me as of now and I think that this could work forever if done the right way.

Email Marketing / Re: Email Marketing Basics

I can't believe I just read that super long post but it was worth every minute! Email marketing maybe is the oldest way to market your services online but it still works like charm to those who know how to use it properly. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of email lists so I never have tried this method.

Btw, this is a really great post Mark!

Blogging / Re: 4 Key Ways To Keep Visitors Coming To Your Blog Site!
« on: July 06, 2013, 01:39:18 PM »
For me, the most important things for a blog to work are just three things:

1. Blog should be updated
2. Do backlinking
3. Use keywords

These three factors will make a strong foundation of any blog. It's a proven formula already.

Marketing Talk / Re: Blogging as Profession
« on: July 06, 2013, 01:31:56 PM »
That's right Janice. Doing blogging as a profession is good but if you are also passionate about it, it is even better! Obviously time will be the investment in this kind of profession but if you are really determined and you believe that this is the job that is meant for your skills then it is worth all your time.

Marketing Talk / Re: Afraid to pull the trigger
« on: July 06, 2013, 01:28:36 PM »
I have had many projects I had to drop and picked them back up on a latter date or dropped them totally. But if you do not try you will not get anywhere so pull the trigger.

You're right mate. There's no harm in trying as they say. It's better to try and fail than not trying at all and be haunted by "what if" thoughts! I've been there and I'm telling you Mark it's not the kind of situation that you would like to be in.

Advertising / Re: Social Media & Advertising

There is no universal marketing strategy that will do the magic and make sales go wild. It mostly depends on the offered product/service and the auditorium you are trying to reach, but I think that in any case the best marketing strategy includes a bit of everything.

It's a trial and error thingy. In order for you to get he write method, you have to at leasy try most of the methods and evaluate where did you get most of your sales. Then that's the time when you try to develop something you could call your own by modifying methods creating your own because frankly if you'll just go with the method that have already worked for somebody else, you can't expect that same method could work for you.
