I just downloaded this plugin a couple of days ago. It's kind of cool, because it automatically links your post contents to other contents in your website. I'm a sucker for software and was really curious what this plugin did, so when it created a fatal error I dove in. Their customer service links are gone so I attempted to fix myself.
The fatal error said: "Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in line 1426"
So, I found out that first I had to unencrypt the authority-links-pro.php file twice to see where line 1426 was. I used this site http://www.mobilefish.com/services/eval_gzinflate_base64/eval_gzinflate_base64.php.
I hope that didn't violate any terms, but again, there was no "them" associated with the plugin.
THEN, I copied and pasted the unencrypted code into the original file of the plugin on my cpanel. I did a ctrl+F and find all "&$" in the code to take out the '&' - that's what is causing the "Call-time" error. Something about the code being deprecated in php.
Once I saved that file, the plugin worked! I don't normally mess with this stuff but I was curious. If anyone wants the unencrypted working file for that plugin, I'd be happy to attach it. That's if it doesn't violate the terms :)
