http://www.fiverr.com/newnightbir/post-140-ads-of-your-business-to-backpage I just used for posting an ad in the biz opp section. I also did pay for a week's sponsored ad in the Backpage biz op section in the Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis / St Paul, St. Louis areas for $8.45 - I believe they charge more for sponsored ads in the biz op section.

Anyway - here are the click results

sponsored ad - 47 clicks
Fiverr ad - 55 clicks
