Hi Folks,
Just to let you know I'm not a deserter...lol. Haven't been on here for weeks. Over the last few weeks I have lost interest, don't know why, couldn't get the motivation. It might sound weird but that's the way I have been feeling. There is something on my mind on a daily basis, maybe that's the issue. I haven't totally given up. I will be back when the time is right.
Hope you all are in good spirits. Will be back.....

Why not use nitro Nitro pdf, you can trial it for 30 days. I eventually bought the software for $90. Does the trick.

Been not to bad. Like I said in previous post working long hours due to staff shortages. Started a diet on 19th Jan. Weighed in at 18 stones 1 and half pounds, 253.5 to my American friends. Now 238.5, lost 15lbs. Looking to lose 56lbs in total. If I lose that I'll see if I can lose a tad more.

Didn't realise you were away for so long.....lol. Me too, first time I've been here for sometime. Hope you guys all doin good. Like Dom haven't done much. Broke my resolution, don't buy any products. That lasted a few days into the New Year. Unlike Dom I'm not rarin to go just yet. Keep putting things off. Have been working long hours in my J.O.B. and just not up to starting just yet. Good to be back.

Thanks, laptop doing fine, probably not using it often enough...lol. However, still use the desktop, slow as it can be. Thinking don't want to put too much junk on here....lol. Back at work now for 3 weeks. Didn't do enough IM when off on the sick which I regret now.
