I have never said you shouldnt speak out.  I simply told you that there is nothing I can do about it.  I'm sorry for the bad experience you are having but it's an rare case.  Resell rights weekly has been around since 2007 scammers dont usually last like that.  As I have said before, Marc is going through some family and health issues and doesnt regularly monitor the help desk, but he is still putting content in the membership on a almost on a daily basis.  Hopefully your access issue will be resolved soon.

For the past couple of years, Mark has been going through some things.  The death of his father, taking care of his mother as well as his own health problems.  He hasnt actually been on the forum in over a year.  He has been adding content to the membership on an almost daily basis but that's about it.

Unfortunately Mark is the only one that can take care of your issue.  Mark had planned on phasing out the lifetime membership.  I thought he had already done it.
