This team puts out some good products.  If one wants to be able to modify them, you'll have to buy them from the product creator.  Otherwise, you can download it from the membership (once it's been added) and set it up on any platform to sell as MRR.  One thing you can do is create a bundle of set of products in that niche to create your own unique offer.  You can also use it as a ready made upsell.
