Hey Karen---

Glad you got help but really sorry you had to go through that ordeal.  Been down that path, ended up with suicidal tendencies but reached out and got help (and probably saved) fast.  Got crash legal, medical and psychological help.  You are right on.  Don't go it alone.

If we can help in any way with that "wolf at the door" thing, please reach out.  Post or PM welcome.  All the best - Magicman

A easy way to make profit is by selling blogs by putting a bunch of articles, videos, adsense, clickbank and amazon products together on them. In just a few days you can be  making up to $100-200 a day just adopting this view point in less than a week..

I invite you to attend my Teleseminar with Justin Brooke on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 8pm Eastern.
To Sign Up Go To My Signature Below!

If you don’t want to write articles you can achieve this by hiring freelance writers to write the articles for you. Some of the places you can hire freelancers are website that include: Elance, Guru, GetAFreelancer, RentACoder And ScriptLance. You should consider this strategy and it very Reasonably priced to do.

If you don’t want hire a freelance wordsmiths you can use Private Label Resell Rights.

Here is a step by step process to use

Step 1: Identify a subject matter.

By using private label resell right articles the material is already chosen for you. I suggest you find the most popular topics on the internet as of today March 6,2010. A great resource is to use Google Trends,  Ebay Pulse, Amazon and Lycos 50. Then find some article that relate to the most popular topics on the internet. Some of the topics include: massa, howard stern, is corey haim dead and many others.

Step 2: Create a Internet Website

I use Wordpress.Org. Now Wordpress.Com is different, it is hosted by wordpress,  not you. Wordpress.org is yours but you need a hosting company to host it.  So I would create a blog first to setup your content website. There are a ton of free wordpress templetes you can use on the internet and a bunch of plug-ins you use to provide added functionality.

* Register a domain name. You can use Google Search To Look For Where To Register Domain Names. Most marketers use  GoDaddy And NameCheap. You can register your domain name and you can use .com, .net, .info and .biz for under $10.00 a year.

* Sign Up with a Hosting Account. I would recommend HostGator.com, I have been with them for over 2 years. Great customer support. If you have a concern with configuring your hosting account or even with Microsoft Outlook. You can call them and they will help you set up your email accounts. The baby package runs about $9.00 for a month. And you have unlimited add on domains.

* You Can Install Wordpress.org with a snap of your finger by using Fantastico in you Cpanel. Just log in to your hosting account and find Fantastico. Then you will look for WordPress and Fantastico will install it automatically. How cool is that.

* Install Wordpress plugins. Plugins allow you to have added functionality. When creating WordPress Blogs I use Plugins thaat include: All in One SEO Pack, All-in-one Bookmarking Button, All in One SEO Pack, Wordpress Popup Scheduler,WS Audio Player and Google XML Sitemaps.

* Add content. Its very simple to add content, You can add post to your blog and schedule them to go out as many time in the week you prefer. For example you can schedule 5 articles to go out each week for 52 weeks if you want. It is always best to read the terms and conditions of each Private Label Resell Rights Articles Before posting any new articles.

Step 3: Selling the website

To sell a website you can go to Flippa.com or digital point to sell your website. Each one of these have advantages and disadvantages. I suggest you just pay flippa.com for the listing and pay your $20 dollars. Your website will be listed immediately. Digital Point on the other hand you have to create 20 posts before your website will be listed. So if you want to wait before your website is listed or do you want to sell your websites immediately. Content Website Like these go for between $100 – $200 a site.  If you want to make more money on the websites increase you website pages to about 30 pages and add extra features that include: Google Sitemaps, Videos, Forums and A Contact Us Form.

So to summarize this article. You can take Plr Articles or Articles Created By A Freelancer. Buy A Domain Name. Get A Hosting Account, Create A WordPress Blog With WordPress.org. with 20 articles. Sell your blog on Flippa.com or DigitalPoint.com and make some money.

Justin Brooke-Creator of http://sitefling.com/blog/ -Master Website Flipper says that selling websites with no traffic or revenue  is called the Developer Level. This means you take websites with no traffic or no revenue and sell them between $100-$200. To learn about the next levels of website flipping that include: Marketer Or The Investor Levels where you can sell websites for 100,000 or more.  Check out My Signature Tab Below To Sign up.

Karen's comment reminded me of something I should have mentioned:

Point #1

The server access and filtering may only work if you're using domain e-mail, that is, if you are running your e-mail through a domain you own on a server you control.

For example, my main e-mail is from my domain "wells-smith.com", my company domain. I use a reseller account to host the domain, so I can so all sorts if interesting things directly on the server through cPanel, such as filtering on an individual e-mail account or domain level. Very handy.

If you're using an ISP, like Comcast, you do have some controls in  your account page, but I'm not certain if  you can do exact filtering.  You'd need to check with your ISP. That said, even Comcast offers a "challenge and response" filter, which is better than nothing.

Point #2

I also use separate e-mail accounts from my main, which most ISP's offer in the form of different names on the same account. If you have cPanel, you have more flexibility. For example, I will often set up a throw-away forwarder for signing up for offers I'm interested in. For example: let's say I wanted to know about Google Cash Pump, but wanted the option to turn off the flow of marketing e-mails. I will create a new "forwarder" in cPanel that send e-mail to "googlepunp@wells-smith.com" to my main address. Then I use "googlepump" for my signup e-mail. I get my info. Then, if the marketing overwhelms me with too much e-mail, I simply delete the forwarder and no more emails!

Just a thought from many  years of fighting spam.

Thanks, Karen, for the kind words. The site often seems like a labor of love, especially when I'm tired of looking at state laws for updates ... ug... but does make a difference in cashflow.

Dom, yes, over the last 10 days, since I placed the Wordpress-based site online, I noticed a jump in orders. In the last 5 days, since I routed all pages from the old site to the new, conversions have increased 20% over last month. I credit this to the "cleaner" look of the Wordpress blog and theme, and some copy tweaks. I also believe the "bonus" items I'm offering, which include 4 RRW reports on various business subjects, three specially written HR-oriented reports, and two packages I purchased a year or two ago in website deals (84 legal forms, 597 business letter library) may be helping. This is one about the same level of traffic 10 days into the month.

I've enable Analytics on the site, so it will be interesting to see the click path visitors follow, and which pages they think are important.

But now I'm behind schedule ... my Mac flaked out and it took all morning to diagnose the problem: a bad mouse! Just got back from MicroCenter in the pouring rain, ug...

Mark,

Can you get the Camtasia training from the Warrior Forum?

http : // www dot warriorforum dot com/warrior-special-offers-forum/183066-50-000-invested-22-hour-video-course-includes-1300-page-manual-full-resale-rights.html

Would we only be able to use for personal use or could we include it in a paid membership where people can view online?

Hi everyone,

Really good post Tamara..  very good explanation about the system  how it works..

This is exactly the way how I have generated my Aweber lists, and have to say that those list has worked too,
about 1/3 has been unsubscribed but the rest are still on the lists.

My advice is to make several type lists (depending of giveaway types where partecipating)
I mean with this that then it is possible to promote related stuff to every lists, that way list members will be more loyal
if they are receiving the post they are probably interested about. Using only one list for giveways is mistake because
then the unsubscribing level will be higher.

Giveaways work indeed and are well worth to try for everyone

All the best and have a nice weekend everyone..

Aatos

You're Welcome, Aatos, and you're absolutely right about building multiple lists using giveaway events!

It's also great that you pointed out the fact that you may have a fairly high percentage of unsubscribes, but that's okay! Don't let that get you down...IGNORE THEM...focus on the subscribers who stick around.

On another note...

I usually try to participate in at least one giveaway event per month just to keep building my lists.

However, I just noticed the one event I participated in last month (Feb) added over 100 new subscribers to my list and around a dozen new customers.

This has inspired me to push a little harder this month, so last nite I sat down and made a list of 6 giveaway events to participate in during March and early April.

Are YOU interested in joining me in the challenge to participate in these events and build or grow your email list?

I'm serious, giveaway events are, IMHO, the easiest way to build an email list. PLUS, if you work it right, you can make some money, which means you're adding subscribers to your list and getting paid for doing so (or at the very least breaking even if you pay for upgrading your contributor account).

I'm willing to give "FREE coaching" to anyone who wants to join me during the next few weeks to build or grow their email lists by participating in these 6 giveaway events.

Here is the list of Giveaway Events for this challenge:
(Please Note: Most of these events are by "invitation only" which means you can't sign up unless you are invited by a member)

Easter JV Giveaway 2010 - Upgrade OTO $97 (YIKES!) then $47 then $27

When I saw that the cost to upgrade this was $97, I burst out laughing. These guys do run great events but, come on, $97!!! When I clicked no, they offered the upgrade minus some of the perks for $47 and when I clicked no again they offered an upgrade with minimal perks for $27, which I also declined but now I kinda wish I had taken the offer because I would have received 50 points. Guess I was so shocked by the initial $97 price tag I wasn't really paying attention.

This giveaway runs on a points system and you must have 15 points to list a product in the event. You earn points by referring others to sign up as contributors and members. Once inside, you can also buy points ($17 for 20 points which is enough to get your gift and profile listed). PLEASE NOTE: When you click the link in the email to confirm your contributor account, you will be taken to a page that asks you to enter your email address again. DO IT because by doing so you will earn 10 bonus points.

Gary,
There is no argument that you know what you're doing and you do it extremely well.
If you ask me, you have an in-demand product that fills a specific need, and your potential
customer base is huge.

You've set out with a clear vision, you've stayed focused, and are accomplishing exactly
what you set out to do. That is what makes for a successful business--you've set
an exemplary example for us all!

Of course every new site has a few bugs here and there but once those are all ironed out,
I can see your company doing quite well! It's professional, intuitive, and informative.

What else is there to say but "a job very well done!"

~Karen
