Looking for some help
« on: February 04, 2015, 12:56:45 AM »
:sunshine: Mark I noticed that you have a small list of classified websites in your resources page. I was wondering if I could get you & anyone else that reads this post would consider placing my classified ads web page in the list? It is on a site that boost of having an Alexa rating around 450 - 500 which is quite good & it is an international website.  The amount of world wide traffic to the site is out of this world.  It has grown very large mostly due to the energic salesmanship that Tim the owner has and passes on to those that take time to listen to what he has to say. Here is the link.  I totally appreciate it.  If you have a business online or offline send me a note giving me the link where this link is located & I will make sure that you get a free business page listing in the Medford Oregon city portal. If you tell me what city you do business in I will put a free business page listing in the city portal and send you the links.  These backlinks should rate quite high considering all the promotion that is done for the site & its active members.  :help: The link http://womclassifieds.personal4u.info The website is called WomVegas - WOM (word of mouth) Vegas (the city that never sleeps & has hosted more conventions that anywhere else in the country let alone the world. Tim & active members wants to turn WomVegas into the next facebook but with a difference.  Facebook does not offer the commissions that WomVegas does.  For those that just like to play games & socialize then WomVegas is the place to be because there is plenty of games to choose from Texas Hold em, Bingo, Roulette, One arm bandit & more. You might even walk away with a little cash or a nice prize.  The one thing that sends a lot of people running is that there is so very much to choose to do that it can be overwelming. The site is a lot of banner ads promoting 1000s of ways to earn money fast. Don't be fooled. There is no easy way to earn a nice income online for a sustained amount of time unless you work hard in the beginning to lay the foundation of your online empire then you can ease off but I warn you what you suddenly make $1000's in the beginning may not last long & you will be scrambling to keep earning enough to pay for those new things you rushed out & bought like a huge house & land with a reasonable mortgage but what happens when the well runs dry because the focus of the buyers has shifted?
I am looking for that set of tasks that will earn the foundation a few thousand $ in the beginning then tappering off to be a nice steady flow of income to let me play on the internet while helping others in a big way.  I want to show people that it isn't hard back breaking work but you must be able to control your time & resources. Time is the key factor that tends to kill many online businesses.  Mark has been going for quite some time & the site has not had much downtime at all in the last 4 or has it been 5 years that I've been with you Mark? I can't remember for sure but I think I came on board back in 2008 or 2009.  What I love about this site is the hundreds of new & useful software that I can download to test & play with.  That is because I am a software junkie.  Since I started using PC computers I have tested 1000's new software.  I even wrote reviews on some of them but I am always very busy downloading new stuff from youtube videos as videos & the music videos that I make music CDs to play in my car to dull PDF ebooks that I transform into lively 3D page flipping ebooks & have my hand in dozens of projects.  One of the things I'm trying to get a handle on & that is staying forcused on just 1 thing 75 - 80% of the time while I see so many things I will enjoy creating.

One last note. I wrote about this here before but I want to get the word out. We do not purchas domain names & "own" them but we pay a lease every year that is like a commodity there is hidden cost for thos $1.99 domain names.  Many sites offer a cheap domain name along with cheap hosting but the 2nd year the cost of continuing to do business online could triple or more in cost. That is why you must spend every chance you can polishing adding and repairing your website.  Oh & if you have ran into those sites that say you need to buy multiple domain names & again the following year be looking at a huge amount to keep those domains. You might even thought you had the domain name that no one could possibly have already paid the fee to use and it was a super keyword or phrase.  Go to youtube and learn how to create subdomains then use that keyword as the first thing someone reads.  Check this out http://godknows.we-bs.info/ - God Knows We BS Info.  I also have Sometimes We BS Info http://sometimeswe.bs.info  It only takes a little thought & wham you can now have as many domains as you could ever want just from 1 domain name & the cost is figured into your hosting service.  Even many of the free sites allows for more than 1 subdomain or add on domains (which I have yet to use).  Nevertheless I just think people would use subdomains if they only knew that it is so ultra easy to make 1 domain name work for 100's of different websites & still have a strong keyword domain name.

Bye now

Hi Thom,

Absolutely, I'll be happy to add this.

Thanks,
Mark
