Lease a website - devs should read too!

Great idea! This is a new and upcoming trend.

  • Need a website but don't want to go through the headaches of building one yourself?

  • Not sure if the niche is right for you, and you don't want to risk the time and money to find out?

  • Want to get up and running quickly without having to deal with outsourcing, finding a domain, hosting, etc.?

  • Do you like to build websites, but not so good at running them?  :wistle:

  • Do you have more ideas than you could possibly keep up with? AKA. good intentions but no follow-through  :wistle: :wistle: :wistle:

Cool Point: A website that's been sitting on a server unused might give you a slight advantage in that the domain has aged and it may have already been at least "sniffed out" by the Search Engines.  *?* ::!::

I'll start off with a couple of sites that are just collecting dust on my server...

MobiFlips.com - The world's first all mobile website marketplace

ResellerInfoProducts.com

If there's interest, I'll reactivate and post the others
