Looking for someone to edit our PLR products into my products

Hope everyone is doing well...

I am looking to bring someone onto my team to turn the appropriate and eligible PLR products from our RRW membership into products for my business.

I dont have time to do the editing, changing, etc.  However, I also dont want to waste the opportunity to have all these great products Mark has been able to obtain for us going to waste because Im the bottle neck.

I know I can hire someone from fiverr, and all the other sites.  However, again I dont have time to try to find people to do this task, do that task. Speed of implementation is key and having to use this business model would slow everything & everyone down.

Any successful business model to get your PLR set up to use for your own business without doing the tasks yourself?  Im always interested in biz models that get the fastest results in the least amount of time.

You'll have to be a bit more specific.  What plr products?  What type of editing?  There are tons of things you can do with plr so what is it you are wanting to be done specifically?

I follow some of the plr training available in the membership and do the work myself.   The changes I do are so minor I dont need to outsource it.

Our business is Real Estate Investing. 

We do real estate investing deals across the country ourselves and we teach others how to do win-win deals for themselves as well.

As an example take any PLR ebook in our vault having to do with Real Estate Investing and here are some edits/changes to make it ours I can imagine:
(only when appropriate via rights, of course)

• Edit to our company name as author, logo etc
  Put our voice on material (this would require us to do core work, however we could then hand off mechanics)
  Split chapters up to articles
  Combine books to create new book
  Create audio book out of ebook
  Add worksheets/files etc to books
  Get sales pages (that come with products) up and running
  Edit what is necessary on sales pages to make them ours
  Change ecovers as applicable
  Syndicate content out to other mediums and every other platform applicable
  Get products implemented technically to be offered free or fee as our company product

We are more than willing to do the core work for any of the products whether ebook/videos/audios etc however, we are looking to outsource all the mechanics.

Every business owner should know their limits and mine is to not try to reinvent the wheel. 

If someone else has a team of people that turn the PLR into their products, that person and their team may be the right fit to get it done for our company.
