Howdy folks

Just a quick question.

I have found a stonking (OMG I LOVE that word!) possible domain name ( the keyword within the URL attracts around 12K searches a month - according to Google's Adword Tool).

Now - should I buy all possible dot variants for that keyphrase i.e. .net., .org., etc?

Also, how do you go about redirecting people who put in one dot variant to go to the main dot com site?

Hi Dom!

It's not really necessary to buy them all unless you foresee a lot of other marketers trying to play off of your .com.

If you do get them, you can either go into your domain manager at your registar and redirect the .net,, etc. to the .com. You can also set up the redirect from within your hosting control panel.

If you're unsure about how to do this, just contact me and I'll walk you through it.

Thanks Karen

Yes, I've seen registrar redirects and cpanel redirects in the research I did.

I'll get my purchases sorted out and we'll Skype about it

I'm glad you've found a domain name that you're really "stonked" about.
