Hi Korry
To be honest - it's taking so much longer than I anticipated.
If I was to start again i would definitely have everyhting ready - the sales page, the download page, the product, the affiliate area, the affiliate tools etc. etc. way, way before you start with JVZoo.
JVZoo is easy right at the beginning - the product setup is easy-peasy to do - but, once that is done and saved the program seems to leave you alone to do your own thing.
The easiest thing to set up on JVZ seems to be a giveaway ebook where you give up 100% on the Front End and, perhaps 50% on the OTO/Back end.
I'm sure that the setup will get easier the more often it is done.
The other time sink I'm experiencing is the actual production of the videos. What I am doing is:
1. Downloading Creative Commons licensed videos from Youtube using a site called Savefrom.net - then
2. Opening those downloads in Windows Movie Maker and editing them for size - because my website can only accept a maximum file size of 64mB for upload - so I have to split each download into 2 or even 3 separate movies which I can then save as .wmv files
3. Once they are in .wmv format and under 64mB I can then upload them to my WP site and place links to the downloads on my download page.
I'm getting there but it's slooowwww
