A friend of mine Jim Miller is trying to help a member of his church and really could use some support.

Here's the scoop ...

Dear Friend and Fellow Marketer

I am running this firesale to benefit an elderly couple in our church. I found out before Xmas that their car had died on them. So my wife and I talked things over and we decided to buy Steve and Stella another car. We searched craigslist and found what we thought was a nice little car in our price range and went to look it over.

I asked all kinds of questions looked the car over as best I could I drove it and it seemed to be ok.

However, much to our dismay after giving the car to them we found out it needed some serious work we never expected. So don't I feel like the fool and I want to make this right for them.

So here is the deal and what I am willing to do for you in return for your help.

Jim posted on FB that things are not going as well as expected. I'm really surprised as it's not something you have to "buy" if you don't want to ... donations are fine. In Jim's post he stated that "if every visitor had donated $1 they would have surpassed the goal quite some time ago.

So even if your strapped for cash or not interested in the items being sold throw in a couple bucks ... everything adds up!

I contacted  Jim on FB. I sent him a PM. I also made a donation, not what I wanted but was smaller..I got a product. Come on guys, a wee $ or $$. I would have done more but, let's not go there. Talk soon.
