its obviously not available anymore the link to buy is 404.  Only the sample template is still downloadable but I don't know if you can use that without the plugin.  anybody know?

The original author create this post 7 years ago and hasnt logged into the forum for almost a year.  I'd say this one might be done.  You can always reach out to Wayne on facebook.
