Question about my Pro Hosting Activation Request

I had submitted a Pro Hosting Activation Request 6 days ago and hasn't gotten any replies yet.
May I request assistance?

Sorry that your request has not yet been activated.
Mark I believe, is having personal issues at the present time.
He will hopefully be back on the RRW forum in the not to distant future.

Although this is the best site and forum on the net, our admin (Mark) has been dealing with his business while also trying to take care of a close family member and dealing with all that entails.

I understand wanting to get a project up and running and it's frustrating when you must wait for service due to unexpected personal challenges for our leader.

The wait is worth it - I've never had a down day for my site with this hosting. No problems at all. You will get set up and I'm sure you'll be very happy. If I can help in any way in the meantime, please let me know,

Hi all I was going to ask the same question I signed up for hosting haven't hear anything since last tuesday. Ok so I take Mark is the only one to setup hosting, there's no other people under him to help with day to day activities? I'm sorry about the family thing my prayers are with Mark.

Mark is a one man operation when it comes to the membership.  Jim and I help out here in the forum only.

Need a website with a shopping cart set up and a Domain name. Please someone help. All the ticket to Mark and all the Mails to him was not attended to

Unfortunately Mark is the only one that can set up your hosting. 

Now as far as a shopping cart is concerned, that is something that you will have to set up once you get your to your hosting account.  So while you are waiting for access to your hosting, do your research on how you want to set up your shopping cart.  You will cpanel and fanstastico so you might want to google how to set up a shopping cart using those keywords unless you already have a plan in place for setting up your website with a shopping cart.

Also you will have to buy your own domain name.  This time of year Namecheap and Godaddy tend to have some specials running.  So while you are waiting for access to your hosting, buy a domain.
