WP Salesletter Pro Edition Help

Hi kids. I installed the "wpsalesletter" theme and put my headline and such in the blank boxes:

Lead Intro
Headline
Sub-Headline
Buy Now Button Link
Money Back Guarantee
Signature & PS

I saved it and then created a new blog post. I copied the sales letter body into the post and published it.
However, none of the text from the boxes (like the headline) shows up.
I'm sure I'm missing something easy but I can't figure it out.

I followed the instructions in the package,
checked Google for a website for the product,
checked the sales page, looked for videos,
and checked these posts:

As far as I can see, I'm doing it right but
I can't seem to get the headline and other stuff to show up.

So now I turn to you. 

Has anyone worked with this theme lately? If the headline doesn't show up
where would you look to figure it out?

Just to recap, I filled in the boxes, saved it, started a post,
copied the sales letter body into the post, and published the post.
The body copy is there but nothing from the boxes form.
Any ideas?
