Where do I find info for using Filezilla?  Port number, ect.

Most of the time you don't need to use a port number - you can just leave it blank.

When you set up your hosting, you probably got a Welcome Email from your hosting company, and the FTP details would be in there. If you haven't got that, you should ask your hosting company to resend it to you.

    If your using just the standard ftp it is port 21. If your trying to run a secure you best check with your hosting company. As a lot of hosting companies do not allow secure or if they do they may use their port to make sure it is is secure.
