Linking Sites For Automatic Update

Sorry for the clunky title but I couldn't think how I wanted to write it!

My question is:

I have a blog, I decide to create a Facebook Fanpage and a Twitter account.

Is there a way that, if I make an entry in one of the 3 the other 2 get automatically updated?

Yes, you just need to figure out which one to start with (I'd suggest the blog) that then feeds the other two.

There are a ton of options, free and paid, but I'd start with something like twitterfeed or triberr.com to auto post from the blog to twitter then let the facebook page pull from the twitter account.

Doesn't something like Feedburner do the same thing, via the RSS stream?

I think I asked this question earlier in my time here - but danged if I can't find that post

I haven't messed with the feedburner RSS stuff.

I use RSS Graffiti through Facebook.  Then I use Twitter Tools plugin for Wordpress.  That plugin allows me to apply #hashtags to my tweets.  Helps when you're working with a target market.
